Why offer this app for iPhone when only 1/5 of an aleady small screen shows the article that you want to read. No Go

Not able to login!

App wont open for me even after shutting down my device. Someone has not followed through with quality control on this app development - I think there is a future CE opportunity for QA/QC procedures!

Hello All, We are in works for a rebuild, but the app should work and has been tested. There was a glitch on the login server that was keeping users from logging in. This has been corrected. Please try logging in again. We are looking for the rebuild to add requested features - like screen rotation and pinch scaling, increased usability on a wider variety of screen sizes, as well as overall improved performance. Thank you for your patience, we hope this app increases your ability to complete CEU credits while on the go. Note: If you havent logged on to the Website or the App since April, 2016 - you may be required to reset your password. The app will direct you to the website to complete this task through the browser on your iOS mobile device or you can do it directly on the website. Thank you again!

Does not maintain records of courses and tests you take, which is pretty much the core functionality of this app. Garbage, the worst type of corporate app in the App Store. BNP, take this down until you get a competent app and back-end team working on this!

Passed the same exam 3 times via the app. Credits would not show up in app or on web portal. Took the exam a 4th time on the web portal and lo and behold the credits show up. Never would attempt to read the articles on this terrible app, but thought it would be an adequate testing tool while I reading an actual magazine. I was wrong.

The new app looks great, but login doesnt work. Please, can you make an app that works...

Great idea and invaluable resource, but sign-in doesnt work and "save for later" makes the app crash. Please fix!

Doesnt keep sign in, cant rotate screen, forces you to reset password and kicks you out to a browser then a web site that doesnt work.. On top of that, it crashes then you have to enter login and password again!

Fantastic! No disconnect between web/print/convenience. Very smooth! Now if they could just have their own app for Arch Record mag instead of that awful Zinio...

This looks like it would be fantastic for an ipad. Unfortunately I dont have one yet, and I cant figure out how to view the content satisfactorily on my iphone. The screen has a static header and footer that take up a considerable amount of screen real estate, leaving about 3/4" for the actual course content, which is also formatted for a wider page than the screen. It doesnt turn for landscape view, meaning theres a lot of scrolling up and down, and right to left. Kind of hard to view the text, much less the images. Support options seem to be limited to calling ARs general customer service phone number. If anyone else has figured out something Ive missed, Id be really grateful if your could post it in a review. Thanks!

Great, usable app! Only complaint is that a few of the questions get cut off and I couldnt scroll down to read the ending. If not for this it would be perfect.

Theres a static banner that occupies 80% of the screen. Horrible layout design. Hard to read. Dont download app until its fixed.

I just downloaded this application (Im trying to use it on the iPad), I rather go to the web to do the studies. Within the application 1/3 of the screen is occupied by the "Learning Objectives" and you cannot move it, so you only have 2/3 of the screen left, then you cannot turn the screen, only portrait format, then you cannot pinch/swipe to zoom in. All these things you can do in a regular web page. Also, I cannot log in, every time I try, a notification appear saying that I have to have an Internet connection, but I am connected!. Needs work!!

The font for the course material is far too small and you cant zoom in on it. This would be a deal breaker for me and my old eyes but the app does make it easy to complete and track CEUs.

No zoom. No screen rotation to landscape view. Why not make use of these iPad capabilities?

Why is the reading window only 3/4" tall when viewing on an iPhone?

I completely agree with reviews of Totin, Baum and Zackdesign. Type size is way to small.

What a terrible app... Most of the screen is used for "flashy junk" while the window for the information we are attempting to read is only 3/4" high. Tiny type and thoughtless layout. Im deleting this app after having used it for a total of 5 minutes. Dont waste your time!
