Wow, two thirds of screen is not available for viewing the course. Theres no control over text size....not good for my aging eyes. Try again!

This app is horrendous. Dont bother with it if you plan to "use" it on an iPhone. It crashes constantly. The search function doesnt find courses if you enter the course number. It wont orient to landscape, so most questions and alot of the answers are truncated which, when taking a test, renders said test useless. And isnt that the whole point of this app? Again, just do the tests online and skip the iPhone app. Too bad we have to give it at least one star.

Easy to see how it would be too small to read on iPhone though. Not sure why anyone would want to do that anyway.

I recently downloaded the app with the hope of being able to knock out my CEUs on the go with my iPad. I have it on my iPhone also just in case. I can see where one would have issues reading and answering quiz questions on an iPhone. Its much easier on the iPad. While the same info is available on the web in similar format, the biggest issue I found was not necessarily with the formatting of the article itself, but with the formatting of the quiz. Many times the questions would trail off leaving you guessing as to how its worded. Its these last couple words that are usually the twist between a true or false answer. This brings me to issue #2. Unless I missed it, there is nowhere to provide comment on the app whether it be at the end of an article, or even an email address to send issues to. Finally, please allow users to search for article based versus video based CEUs. The video CEUs take much more time to complete. Some of the CEUs also require an Internet connection to view. This seems counterintuitive to what you are trying to accomplish. Thanks for providing another way for me to stay current on my license without needing to schedule vendors or pay for presentations. Truly a valuable resource no matter what the mode of delivery.

This is a nice app. I have it on my iPad and mostly it worked great. I did run into a couple of quiz questions (out of 100) that mustve exceeded a character limit and so the question trailed off with "..." That needs to be fixed, but it didnt keep me from passing any quizes. I also had to restart the app a couple of times when checking the credit tracker, but closing it and restarting it solved the issue. Thanks for the resource! This is a GREAT way to pick up CEUs in a way that is about as painless as it can get.

Ive downloaded, uninstalled, and re downloaded this app about seven times in the past three months since getting an iPhone, but I have yet to use it since it constantly crashes immediately upon opening. Worthless.

This app worked for one day and now crashes within seconds of opening. I appreciate the effort guys but really? Why bother making something that does not work? I really had high hopes for this but it appears you spent more time on the ad campaign than on the app. Please provide us with something that works.

I love that this exists - I can get a chunk of my hours done while traveling or otherwise busy, but the app needs some help. It crashes like crazy, and wont let me save articles to read when I dont have wifi access. Looking forward to bug fixes, but its a great start.

After entering your information it fails to display it properly or completely. Nice idea, poorly executed. How did it slip by Apples AP checkers?

I love this app. It allows me to work and earn credit while traveling. Only recommendation - add pinch zoom!

Cant comment on its use ability for getting ceus because the app crashes every time I hit the credits button.

Kudos to the team at Arch Record for creating this app, its a great way to get CE credits done however, I would agree with some of the other comments that it is still very buggy. Often times when I select the "Save for Later" and "Take the Test" it crashes and I get kicked out to the Ipad home screen. Now it is stuck on the first page for one of the articles and it wont respond to anything. I guess Ill have to uninstall the app.

I agree with most of the criticism: Small type that you cant change, sidebar that uses to much screen real-estate, and no landscape view. Additionally, "credit tracker" crashes my iPad every time. Does anyone test this stuff?

When I took the test, several of the test questions were cut off. I had to guess the question. App needs work.

Yes the font is small and the sidebar takes up almost 1/3 the available screen, but the flexibility of taking these courses on the IPAD makes it very attractive. Everything worked great from taking a course through taking the test. It would be even better if the course material could hog more of the screen and allow for a larger font size. And pinching, etc would make it truly 5 stars.

Needs refinement. Questions are truncated forcing you to guess the rest of the question. App often crashes and must be reloaded. Testes not always recognized upon completion. No good on airplane mode as you cant see questions to complete later. The app is a great idea that needs updating.

I cant even get the app to open. It crashes instantaneously every time I open it.

I downloaded this app with great anticipation. As a newly licensed professional breaking out on my own, the thought of having continuos learning opportunities was exciting! Unfortunately, it froze when I first attempted to create an account, it freezes when I attempt to add courses to my "Save for Later" list, and it freezes when I attempt to view my record. Ive had to restart my iPad three times now to get it to respond. Please fix this issue!

Ive been using the Arch Record app for awhile now. Its been a great way to fill in my CEUs and keep track of them. McGraw-Hill finally got around to updating for iOS 6 (only a year late!) and issued an update on August 21. Bad idea. Since Ive updated, the app hasnt worked on either my iPhone 5 or my iPad 2. Its unstable and closes almost immediately before loading any content. Hopefully, I can find the old version on my computers backup...

Recently updated ARCH Record Continuing Education app to 6.0 on my iPhone 6 and when I open the app, the only thing that appears is a black screen. Ive deleted the app several times from my phone, iTunes, cloud and computer with no success in fixing the problem. The developer of this app needs to trouble shoot before updating the app.
